Day 1 – Journey to Novo Airão & Rio Negro Adventures
Travel on a scenic bus ride to Novo Airão, a quiet riverside town along the Rio Negro. Check in at Bela Vista Hotel, a peaceful retreat surrounded by nature. In the afternoon, set out on a boat tour through the Anavilhanas Archipelago, one of the largest river archipelagos in the world. Enjoy a swim in the Rio Negro and take in the stunning Amazon sunset.
Day 2 – Pink Dolphins & Local Artisans
Visit a local conservation area to see the famous pink river dolphins up close and learn about ongoing efforts to protect them. Then meet local wood artisans who create beautiful crafts using sustainable Amazon wood. In the afternoon, try your hand at piranha fishing — a classic Amazon experience.
Day 3 – Return to Manaus & Local Experience
Head back to Manaus with a stop to explore the historic ruins of Paricatuba, a site slowly reclaimed by the jungle. Before returning to the city, stop at a local café to enjoy traditional tapiocas and other regional Amazonian treats.
